Terlingham uses their award winning Bacchus wine as the ‘magic ingredient’. This small batch gin is made with Rebel Distillers, who helped select the botanicals. The classic dry gin uses traditional juniper, with some locally sourced botanicals, including rhubarb and nettle, collected by hand in Folkestone. The Bacchus wine gives it a delicate sweetness, with notes of elderflower.Click here to read all about it!

This sparkling wine won a Silver Award at the 2022 IEWA’s and is a beautiful rose petal pink in colour with a hint of cassis on the nose. We’ve made it into Countryfile’s top 10 best Sparkling Wines in England!
