2019 Classic Cuvée Sparkling White

A case of 6 bottles of our 2019 Classic Cuvée. This pale cold Classic Cuvée has delicious crisp apple and pear on the palate, complemented by delicately toasted brioche aromas, typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This is everything you would hope for from a superior sparkling wine – fresh, rich rounded and full of complexity, with an abundance of delicate fine bubbles.

This pairs perfectly with seafood and shellfish, or enjoy with roast chicken or pork. Also excellent with creamy risottos and grilled vegetables.

We riddle, disgorge, cork and label all of our sparkling wines lovingly by hand.

Our Blanc de Blancs has had an extended time on the lees, allowing it to develop richness and complexity. We riddle, disgorge, cork, cage, and lovingly label each bottle by hand.

This sparkling wine has a vibrant nectarine, citrus, and white peach nose, with lemon, shortbread, and pastry notes on the palate. Its abundant, creamy mousse is reflective of the time spent on the lees.

We offer free local delivery to the Folkestone area. For further afield, delivery is £8. We send all our wines by high quality courier and UK deliveries should reach you within 3 working days. For non-mainland UK, please email us and we will quote you a carriage price and discuss delivery, as this may vary.
