We’re delighted to be part of the Kent Downs Experience project – check us out in their gorgeous video!

This is their new sustainable tourism project, aimed at developing amazing experiences for visitors in Kent, all year round. We absolutely love their ethos of personalised and authentic local experiences, where you can actively engage and feel a sense of connection to local foods, activities, history, arts and crafts. 

We are now offering regular Wellbeing Retreats in our woodland. A welcoming, enjoyable and relaxed experience for anyone who would like to take a breath and enjoy our beautiful natural spaces. Whether you have years of experience with meditation, or if you’re completely new to it, we will ensure you come away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. 

We’re also bringing this amazing offering online, with our Mindful Moments meditation classes. For each class, we’ll send you our gorgeous hamper, filled with little goodies and things that we’ll use in our meditation to ground and engage you.

Come join us for a few Mindful Moments

Today is the day we were planning to hold our first Well-being Retreat of the year – right here in our woodland looking out over the hills the Folkestone and the sea.

We’re missing sharing this beautiful space with you all, so we thought we’d bring the woodland to you – we’re going to be offering our fabulous mindful meditation workshops online.

Keep an eye on our Facebook and Insta pages as we will be updating these when we are ready! We’ve also developed a full online offering for companies, so if you’re looking for ways to engage your employee and support their mental health and resilience, this is the place to come!

We’re offering a series of relaxed and engaging mindfulness sessions for busy people who need practical tools they can use every day to release stress and build resilience.

I’ve been practicing Mindful Meditation personally for over 10 years. With a background as a corporate solicitor in a large multinational, I moved into Wellness and set up and led the Wellness program, with a focus on mental well-being and resilience. I saw first hand the positive impact the program had on employees in the UK and internationally.


An engineer who worked at a top consulting company, Caroline is no stranger to stress! And as a competitive rower in her time at University, she knows about competing at the highest levels and the power of the mind in achieving your goals.
