At Terlingham we only utilise natural farming concepts. 2017 was our 3rd year and has been a great success! We can see and taste the difference in the quality of our grapes and obviously, in our wine!
We are achieving our goal by turning the vineyard into a thriving eco-system that will benefit the grapes and provide a natural environment for various creatures, animals and grasses. The only chemicals we have used for the past three years are copper and sulphur (as allowed within the concept of organic farming.)
Our Natural Wines are naturally fermented and have nothing added or taken away in the production.
